Requirements
•Minimum experience of 10 years in managerial position of Commercial kitchen and laundry

Responsibilities-not limited to
•Communicating directly with the installation team to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas.
•Planning and directing the activities of technicians.
•Training new staff members, and developing them professionally.
•Maintaining and updating training manuals for the maintenance team.
•Conducting employee performance review based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the maintenance technicians.
•Oversees the selection of equipment used by the technical team.
•Maintaining safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
