We are
looking for dynamic Sales and Business Development professionals who has worked
in a leadership role with internationally renowned brands in the field of
Building Materials /Building Maintenance products to spearhead our Sales
and Business development efforts for Kuwait market.
As an ideal candidate, you will be having:
· Engineering
background (preferably a professionally degree qualified Mechanical Engineer)
· Experience
working with Internationally reputed brands in the field of Building
Material/Maintenance products in a lead Sales and Business Development role
having an experience of 7 to 15 years
Your experience and expertise shall be into any one
of the technicalities or a combination as mentioned below:
a) Lifting and Handling Equipment’s
b) Hand Tools /Power Tools/Pneumatic Tools
c) Power Tools Accessories
d) Aluminium Systems (Doors & Window profiles,
Kitchen profiles etc.)
e) Outdoor Equipment’s (High pressure Washers, Shovels,
Pump sets etc.)
f) Storage Equipment’s
g) Compressors and Generators
h) Fixing and Adhesives
i) Door Panels
· Excellent
English communication skills. Arabic an advantage.
Experience in any of the sectors /combined
· Electromechanical.
· Civil.
· Oil and
Gas etc.
The Role
·
The
incumbent will be directly reporting to the Top management.
·
The
incumbent will be leading the sales and business development efforts through
Contractors, Consultants, Vendors by conducting regular client visits,
delivering presentations and following up with them on a continuous basis.
Thus, he will be responsible for creating new clients and maintaining existing
clients.
·
Giving
inputs to the Marketing Team regarding Marketing Material and Content on a
regular basis aimed at improving sales and creating and promoting awareness
about the various product range and offerings.
·
Submittal
and follow up on quotations and orders.
·
Directing
and Collaborating with Technical and Customer Service team for After sales
service.
·
Providing
timely dash board reports to the top management.
·
Meeting
sales targets as per the Monthly/Annual Business plan.
